What’s our food like?
|
|
I make a variety of award winning meat and vegetarian bangers, gravies and sauces to go with our giant yorkshire puddings.

Why did we start up our business?
|
|
I have been making sausages for the last two years on and off just for friends and family, currently I am an Army Diver in the Royal Engineers with less than two years until my full 22 years. I have a real passion for making tasty sausages, my dream is to sell Eds Bangers to the world.

I understand the environment of working hard and working well together. I am fit and willing to work extremely hard to get my brand out there. I love cooking outdoors is such a great feeling to provide a high end product outside and watch people enjoying great award winning food.

We have won a few National awards for our bangers such as Shroom Banger got UKSauasge week runner up 2019, JD Banger got UKSausage week Highly commended 2019, Tashio Banger Food Management Today Awards Highly commended 2021
Local awards from Hampshire sausage and pie awards were Silver award Shroom Banger 2020, Bronze award plain banger 2020, Bronze award shroom 2019.
We have been in Portsmouth news and Express FM for our bangers.
