Our established mobile event catering service can bring a fiesta feeling to your celebration or event with our spectacular paellas and a broadening range of other equally impressive Spanish-styled dishes. Our passion and attentiveness goes into everything we do in catering for you. We strive to make the party preparations stress-free and the day itself enjoyable and memorable for you and your guests.
Our Paellas can be cooked on show or tucked away in a kitchen, cooked indoors or outdoors, served to guests from the pan buffet-style or served to tables. They are suited to be served fast or slow, and wolfed-down or savored, and can cover all tastes and dietary requirements. We can serve up to three varieties at a sitting for a minimum 50 people. Menu choices normally offer meat, seafood, vegetarian or mixed varieties.
We are often invited to cater at health and sporting events because we are able to offer healthy and nutritious fast food.
Paella can be your only catering requirement for superb mobile catering for any occasion, but if you want delectable Canapes, Starters, Sides or Desserts too, we can also supply these alongside the paella, as a Buffet or with various levels of Table Service. This makes us an increasingly popular choice at Weddings, where we can deliver in both formal and festival style.

What’s our food like?

Our Paellas can be meat, seafood, mixed or vegan: cooked on show or tucked away, cooked and served indoors or outdoors, served to guests from the pan buffet-style or served to tables on individual plates or sharing pans. They can be served fast or slow and can cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. We can also provide Spanish speciality Canapes, Sides, Desserts. Antipasti Buffets and Wedding 'Cheese' Cakes. And really popular for Evening Food are our Street Food Tapas and Pizza Bar.

Why did we start up our business?
|
|
The bars and streets of Spanish towns like my Dad's hometown of Almeria during the Summer Fiestas are always lined with people enjoying all kinds of Tapas with drinks, either sat at tables with family and friends or stood around chatting, and even with the occasional spontaneous bit of singing and dancing. I've always wanted to bring that to spark of Spanish food culture out wherever possible, and our indoor and outdoor Mobile Catering enables us to do just that whether the sun shines or not.
